Product introduction
Aseptic isolator is mainly used for two aspects of aseptic production and testing. The VHP sterilization system can be configured according to the requirements, and can be customized according to customer requirements. The closed isolator is mainly used to completely separate the personnel in the operation process from the production process to avoid contamination or cross-contamination of the product. Sterility inspection and microbiological examination ensure the authenticity of the inspection results and protect the safety of the operator. The main structure of the cabin is stainless steel and tempered glass, the hard cabin structure, the airflow model is laminar or turbulent, and the static is in compliance with Class A standards.
Technical features
1)The inner cavity adopts laminar flow (turbulent flow) to supply air, and the air flow shape is professionally designed to ensure the purification level.
2)Real-time monitoring of cavity pressure, temperature, wind speed, and automatic control and adjustment.
3)It can be integrated with VHP sterilization program, and the killing rate of microorganisms can reach 6 logarithmic scales (Log 6) or above.
4)The isolating level of the isolator is tested in strict accordance with the ISO14644-2 standard.
5)The waste can be quickly transferred from the working area through the RTP and αβ valves to ensure the internal environment of the isolator is clean (optional).
6)PLC control, touch screen operation, key operation interlock control, effectively prevent misoperation.
7)Real-time monitoring of key parameters, storage of data and charts for easy export and printing.
8)It can integrate dust particle online detection system, floating bacteria online sampling system and hydrogen peroxide concentration online detection system as needed.
9)Can be equipped with an online glove leak detector.
10)This product can be customized according to customer needs.
