Clean transfer window, also known as shower transfer window, is a supporting equipment for clean rooms. It is mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean rooms and between clean rooms and non clean rooms. It can act as an airlock to prevent air convection between clean rooms and reduce the number of clean room openings.

Working principle:
The air is filtered by the primary filters on both sides of the transfer window and then pressed into the static pressure box by a low-noise centrifugal fan. After being filtered by the HEPA filter, it is evenly blown into the working area of the transfer window through the top diffuser plate, thus achieving the purpose of cleanliness through circulation. The two doors of the shower transfer window can be controlled by mechanical interlocking or electronic interlocking, so that the two doors of the shower transfer window cannot be opened at the same time, and the airflow between the purification rooms cannot circulate.
Technical features:
The transfer window is made of all stainless steel plates bent and welded together, which can effectively prevent rust, with a smooth surface, easy to clean, disinfect, and corrosion-resistant. The interior adopts a circular arc design, which is flat, smooth, without dead corners, and easy to clean. The top of the work area is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamps; The two doors adopt an embedded structure, double-layer tempered glass, computer version mechanical interlocking, and the two doors will not automatically open when the power is cut off. Install 2 differential pressure gauges on the self-cleaning transfer window, one to monitor the resistance pressure difference of the HEPA filter, and the other to monitor the pressure difference between the rooms at both ends of the transfer window, equipped with a cumulative function of ultraviolet sterilization lamps.
