1. Product Introduction:
In order to cooperate with the automatic unpacking system of the Miran whole line, an automatic outer bag unpacking machine has been developed. The outer bag removal machine is a new type of outer packaging bag removal equipment, which is suitable for removing the inner packaging of woven bags and kraft paper bags. It can greatly save manpower and facilitate the quick and easy removal of material packages.
2. Working Principle:
The bag removal machine is a mechanical equipment that uses a vacuum suction crane to transfer the outer bagged materials to the bag unpacking platform, and then uses a bag breaking device, flipping, and removing the inner packaging of the materials. It can be linked with the entire production line and manually assisted in removing outer bags, which is convenient, fast, and labor-saving. The maximum load-bearing capacity can reach 35g/bag.
